Two separate numbers, two separate carriers
Human dialing (from the browser softphone) rides on SignalWire. AI Voice (autonomous inbound + outbound) rides on Telnyx and is imported into the AI runtime. They're separate DIDs because the carrier requirements are different — but both live in the same dashboard and count against the same lead pipeline.
What's free vs. paid
- First Human number: free for year one on any annual plan.
- First AI Voice number: free for year one on any annual plan.
- Extra numbers of either kind: $60/year each, purchased through Stripe checkout in the dashboard.
- Monthly minutes are included per plan (see the Free Calling page); top-up minutes are $0.18/min human, $0.30/min AI, with up to 19% bulk discount.
How to claim yours
Open Dashboard → Phone → Number Setup. Pick a country, search for a local or toll-free DID, and click "Claim free" on the Human or AI Voice card. Approval is instant once your KYC is verified.
