You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. We confirm every request by email first so nobody can request someone else's data, then respond within 30 days.

What happens next

  1. 1. We email you a confirmation link so we know the request is really yours.
  2. 2. Once confirmed, we start work and keep an audit record of every step.
  3. 3. We respond within 30 days. For deletion, records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are de-identified instead of deleted, and we add you to our do-not-contact list.
