Terms of Service
This page is maintained by MAZ Assist and sets out the terms under which our services are provided. Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MAZ Assist (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
MAZ Assist provides an AI voice consultant that businesses embed on their website, AI-led hiring screening interviews, a LinkedIn decision-maker finder with AI-generated pitches, a dashboard for leads, interviews, analytics, and settings, and related tools such as website design and creator programs. Features, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Access from countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions is prohibited.
4. Account registration and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for every activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Send spam, scams, robocalls, TCPA-violating outreach, or unsolicited marketing.
- Impersonate any person, business, or government entity.
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Use the Service in a way that materially degrades performance for other customers.
- Route calls to premium-rate, satellite, or high-risk destinations without prior written approval.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations, with or without notice.
6. Hiring interviews and candidate outreach
AI-led screening interviews are recorded and transcribed to produce a score and summary for the hiring business. You are responsible for informing candidates that interviews are AI-conducted and recorded, obtaining any required consent under your local laws, and using the Service only for legitimate hiring. When contacting LinkedIn decision-makers with AI-generated pitches you must comply with anti-spam, data protection, and platform rules that apply to your outreach.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to generate voice responses, transcripts, and summaries. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed where accuracy is critical. You are responsible for the prompts, knowledge, and instructions you provide to your AI consultant and for how you use its output.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Usage-based charges (extra minutes, top-ups, additional numbers) are billed as incurred. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period.
10. Intellectual property
MAZ Assist retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the content you input and the content your AI consultants generate on your behalf. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service during your active subscription.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
11. Confidentiality and data protection
We treat your business data, call recordings, transcripts, and lead information as confidential and use them only to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process personal data submitted through the Service by your visitors or call recipients, including any required disclosures and consents for call recording.
12. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party tools (payment processors, calendar providers, telecom carriers, AI model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, expose the platform to security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
14. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAZ Assist and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MAZ Assist and its affiliates from any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your candidate or LinkedIn outreach activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
