A contact form is a promise you'll get back to someone. A "call me now" button is a promise your phone will ring in the next 60 seconds. One converts. The other is where leads go to die.
Why forms leak
A visitor who fills out a form has to trust that (a) you'll email them back, (b) the reply will show up before they move on to the next tab, and (c) you'll actually catch them the next time they open their inbox. In our own data, 42% of form leads never respond to the first outbound reply. The intent evaporates within an hour.
What "call me now" actually does
The MAZ Assist widget lets a visitor tap a button, type their phone number with country code, and get a callback from your business number within seconds. Under the hood the callback runs on the same phone-calling infrastructure as your outbound dialer, and it respects your KYC-approved country list, per-day rate limits, and phone-safety checks (no illegal, gambling, or banned-country numbers — the widget blocks these server-side before a call is placed).
Customization out of the box
- Button color, position, label, and logo — set via data attributes on the embed script, so the widget looks like part of your brand.
- Human or AI voice callback — the same widget can route to a rep's browser dialer or hand the call straight to your AI voice assistant.
- Analytics baked in — every step is tracked (opened form, submitted, call scheduled, call started) and shows up on your business analytics page.
Where to put it
Pricing pages, high-intent landing pages, and thank-you pages are the classic spots. Contact pages benefit too — add it alongside the form so visitors who don't want to type can just talk. On mobile, the widget floats bottom-right by default, which is where the thumb already lives.
The one-line install
Paste one script tag into your site. Add optional data attributes for your color, position, logo URL, and whether the button says "Talk to us" or "Get a callback". You're live in the time it takes to publish a page.
