How you get paid

India: 10 sales/day or 100 sales/month → INR 12,000/month salary, plus 1% bonus on every sale above 100.
UAE: 20 sales/day or 250 sales/month → AED 1,000/month salary, plus 1% bonus on every sale above 250.
USA / Canada / UK / Australia: 40 sales/day or 600 sales/month → USD $700/month salary, plus 1% bonus on every sale above 600.
Sustained performance raise: hold your target for 3 months (India 1,000+ sales, UAE 2,000+, US/CA/UK/AU 4,000+) and your salary is reviewed upward with a 2% bonus on every sale.
Below target in a month: no salary or bonus, but you still earn a flat 3% commission on every sale you close.
Only Closed · Won deals count. Payouts are monthly, on or before the 7th.

After 3 months: 2,000+ sales in 3 months, held consistently → AED 2,500–3,000/month + 2% on every sale

Daily target: 40 sales / day
Monthly target: 600 sales / month
Fixed salary: USD $700 / month
Performance bonus: 1% on every sale above 600
After 3 months: 4,000+ sales in 3 months, held consistently → USD $1,400–$1,600/month + 2% on every sale

If you don't reach the minimum monthly sales for your country, there is no penalty — you simply earn 3% commission on every sale you close that month, with no fixed salary or bonus.

What you'll do

Generate and close business in your own city or market — outreach, meetings and demos.
Sell the whole range: AI Sales, Video, Chat and HR Assistants, the AI Teacher, Website Design and monthly SEO plans.
Match the right product to each buyer's budget — a website or SEO plan often opens the door to an assistant later.
Run live demos and walk buyers through pricing and onboarding.
Work at least 4–5 hours a day, consistently, on pipeline and follow-ups.
Keep every deal current in your Career Portal so salary and bonus calculate automatically.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience with a digital marketing, social media, software development or website design agency.
Able to generate and close business opportunities in your local city or market.
Available at least 4–5 hours per day.
Fluent in Hindi, English or Arabic.
Self-motivated, professional and serious about a long-term sales career.

Terms

Invoicing, taxes and legal compliance on every sale are handled by MAZ Assist, a brand of MAZ Technology LLC. You generate qualified sales through your referral link; we do the rest. Payouts are monthly in USD once a valid payout method is on file.
