Questions institutes ask
Do we need an AI teacher on staff?
No. The AI teacher delivers the class, answers doubts by voice and marks the homework. Your staff only manage the room and attendance.
How many students fit in one live class?
Up to 30 seats on Academy Starter, 25 on Professional and 20 on Career Mastery. Smaller batches on the higher plans because every student gets more speaking turns.
When does the next batch start?
A new batch opens every Monday. The next one starts Monday 5 January, and you can enrol students right up to the day before.
How does a student join the class?
They sign in to the Academy on any phone or laptop, open Live batches and tap Join class at the scheduled time. Nothing to install, no meeting link to share.
How does the money actually work?
Your students pay your centre directly, in your local currency, using your own invoices and refund rules — MAZ Assist never bills them. You then pay us for class access at 30% below the public course price, and you may charge your students whatever you decide on top.
Can we teach in our local language?
Yes. Each batch is taught in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Urdu or Arabic, and a student can switch language without leaving the class.
