Why screening breaks first
A single job post can pull 200 CVs. Founders skim the first 30 and reject the rest by accident. The AI Hiring Employee reads every one against the requirements you set, then interviews the ones that pass.
What runs automatically
- CV parsing and matching against your role template.
- Email invitation to a structured AI voice interview.
- Scored summary with transcript and highlighted answers.
- Shortlist handed to you for the human conversation.
Also included: 1,000 decision-maker contacts
Every approved startup also gets 1,000 international decision-maker contacts with full targeting — country, city, industry, company size, seniority and department — each with a verified LinkedIn profile.
Your AI Employee converts the people who already reach your site. This covers the people who haven't found you yet. Instead of scrolling LinkedIn profile by profile and firing off mass connection requests that read as spam (and get accounts restricted), you build a list that matches your ideal customer and reach the right person directly.
Use it for relevant, personalised outreach only — fair use and applicable data protection rules apply.
Where it fits a startup
It is most valuable when you're hiring sales, support or operations roles at volume, and least valuable for a single senior technical hire where the founder wants every conversation anyway.
Who can apply
- A physically present, legally registered company in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE or India (US startups are prioritised).
- A company-domain email address — Gmail, Outlook and other free providers aren't accepted.
- Fewer than 25 employees and not already a paying MAZ Assist customer.
- A live website or product page, so your AI Employee has somewhere to work.
Applications are reviewed and answered within 15 days: either an approval with activation steps, or a note on what's still missing. Apply to the MAZ Assist Startups program.
