A referral only works if the customer can actually reach you. That's the whole argument for city Chapters: a plumber in Austin can't service a lead in Toronto, so why should they share a feed?
How Chapters work
When you join, you select your country (USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia or India) and your city. You're placed in that city's Chapter automatically. Your feed, your messages and your member directory are all scoped to it.
Why the scoping matters
- Every lead is serviceable. No wasted introductions across time zones.
- Trust compounds faster. You keep seeing the same 40–200 owners, so reputation is real.
- Cross-industry, not competitive. A realtor, a mover, a designer and a mortgage broker feed each other naturally.
Browsing Chapters
City Chapters appear publicly only once they reach a healthy size, so nobody walks into an empty room. Until then, joining still places you inside your city and you start seeing members as they arrive.
