Partner Agreements

Each partner level has its own agreement — published in full so you can read every clause before you spend anything. Version v4.7-2026-11, between you and MAZ Technology LLC.

Paid partners may build a MAZ Assist partner business in a country they choose. Country-specific branding requires written approval and does not create an exclusive territory, legal branch or franchise. Every partner is an independent contractor: customers pay MAZ directly, MAZ pays the partner's commission, and partners provide tax information (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN equivalent for non-US) before their first payout.

No clause is withheld until after activation. What you see here is what you sign.

Non-refundable activation

Every activation fee is a one-time, non-refundable licence and programme fee, and each level has its own monthly sales standard. If that isn't realistic for you, don't join.
