The role
You will pitch and close MAZ Assist's AI Business Partner program to small and mid-market businesses — helping them adopt our AI voice, chat, video, and hiring assistants. You own sourcing, discovery, demo, and close. We provide the product, collateral, decks, and demo assistants.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: USD 250/month once you close 10 or more deals in the month.
- Incentive: Additional 3% of each deal for every deal closed above 15/month.
- 10–15 deals/month → USD 250 fixed, no incentive. 15+ deals/month → USD 250 fixed + 3% incentive on the 16th deal onward.
Note: Below 10 sales/month you earn a flat 5% commission-only on the deals you closed — no fixed salary. Cross 10 sales/month to unlock the fixed USD 250 salary, and 15+ sales/month to unlock the additional 3% incentive.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing experience.
- Preference for candidates from a tech background (IT, websites, software, digital marketing).
- Solid understanding of AI automation and AI agents.
- Able to source and qualify potential SMB clients on your own.
- Proven expertise in closing deals and running a full sales cycle.
- Fluent in at least one of: Hindi, English, or Arabic (multiple is a plus).
- Mandatory to close a minimum of 10 sales per month once onboarded.
