The problem
A driver stops on the shoulder of I-75 with a destroyed rear tire and a spare that has never been checked. Nothing is open, and a tow plus a next-day fitting means missing work.
What we did
- Location, tire size and vehicle confirmed by phone, price quoted before dispatch
- Van arrives with amber work lights and cones for a lit, visible work area
- Replacement tire in the correct size fitted from van stock
- Wheel balanced, torqued to spec and pressure set; old tire removed
The result
The vehicle leaves the shoulder under its own power the same night, with no tow bill and no lost working day. This is the most common call we take between midnight and 5am.
